The public architecture paper presents the platform at architectural depth — the same level as What is H.A.R.I. — in a single durable PDF suitable for offline review by federation officials, regulators and counsel.

Pre-audit dossier overview

The full compliance package supporting the TÜV SÜD pre-audit: Master File, G.11 governance scope, 23-risk register, runtime verification addendum, conformity-assessment materials, per-vertical use-case specifications.

OpenTimestamps verification

The sealed-core proof carries public ID SOV-2026-02-26. Verification is mechanical against the public OpenTimestamps anchor; no vendor cooperation required.

1. ObtainRequest the .ots proof file and the sealed-core digest via the contact form.
2. VerifyRun the proof against the public OpenTimestamps calendar (client or web verifier). The anchor is a Bitcoin block header.
3. CompareThe verified timestamp attests that the digest existed at or before the anchored time. No trust in H.A.R.I. is needed for this step.
