Effective date. This notice applies to hari-foundation.com as of the date of last publication. Inquiries: contact@hari-foundation.com.

What this site collects

Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, referrer) for the purpose of operating, securing, and debugging the site. Logs are retained for no longer than 30 days unless required to investigate a security incident.
Contact form submissions. The fields you submit on the Contact page (name, organisation, role, email, topic, message). Retained for the duration of the conversation and deleted on request.

What this site does not do

No advertising trackers.
No third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no comparable tools).
No social-media trackers.
No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site's operation.
No selling or sharing of contact information with third parties.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any contact-form submission you made, or its deletion, at any time by emailing contact@hari-foundation.com. We respond within five working days.

Terms of use

The content of this site is provided for institutional information only. Nothing on the site constitutes a contract, an offer, or a representation of fact beyond what is published. Where status is published (e.g. "TÜV SÜD pre-audit phase"), it is published as it stands at the time of publication.

The H.A.R.I. wordmark and the Gulf-inspired palette as configured on this site are protected by copyright and brand-use rules. The press & media kit on the Press page describes acceptable use.
